February 2025
It is indeed March, and I am preparing for my first market stall tomorrow with Tilly and Primrose Artisan Markets - I’m very excited to be back participating in a local market! I’ll let you know how that goes in my post for March :)
Anyway that’s March, back to February!
Well February has been productive, two new prints created:
Cute little froggy on a mushroom
And both of these prints were using acrylic paint with some very minor digital line work, I haven’t painted in acrylic in so long - the vibrancy and thickness of the paint is very satisfying. And I feel like my style is now translating well across forms, it felt very rooted in water colour for a long time - I didn’t realise I could replicate my method of working so well with other tools, and now the world is my oyster!
The cats in the sunflowers
I didn’t really read up on anything this month, it’s been a lot of making and prepping for the stall - plus some things that I can’t share yet… I’m looking forward to sharing when I can though!
Meanwhile, here is my personal favourite Cinder and Saffie illustration this month:
It’s basically my husband and I on an evening :)
And Cinder and Saffie Volume 2 will be available at my next stalls! So exciting! Lots going on at the moment - I hope everyone else is having a good weekend and year so far. Catch you again soon!

All the best,
